I think it's gonna be a bigger plane than a Beech D-18 or the Lookheed Electra also.

A Connie also seems quite possible, but I wonder if the A2A team would have access to a flying example. That seems to have become prerequisite for them.

There is a flying Connie in Switzerland. Operated by the Super Constellation Flyers Association and sponsored by Breitling. Taking Scotts visit to Europe or maybe Lewis getting all the intel on the Connie

Yes there is one. Lufthansa Technik is doing this project and it's going to add to the Junkers Ju-52 they already have (which would be great also btw )

Of course it is a little late for wishes, but I'd love a twin engine airplane. For me, a modern flight simulation is very much about "living, breathing machines" and with only two of those things purring, we could get deeper into each one's personality. Not to mention the easier physical setup to properly control them both!

Yes, DC-3 would be my favorite too.

I'm not sure one could say it maybe is the most legendary airplane of them all. It is one of the very few almost perfect designs, and for its own great share, it was making the air travel to reality.
