We are happy to announce that a few days ago the highly anticipated Accu-sim Cherokee entered the Beta testing phase. We've worked hard improving virtually every aspect of development, and right out of the gates I wanted to share a post from one our our chief pilots, Oskar (lonewulf47).
Its also worth noting here that we don't use any lookup tables as Accu-sim is pure true simulation with the whole dynamics of each system interacting with each other and world around it to continue bringing you never before seen realism in flight simulation.lonewulf47 wrote:I made a few spot tests on cruise settings derived from the manual graphics. The results are promising, not to say flawless.

IMHO these values are so close to the original, that they are far within tolerance. It must also be noted, that the manual gives only calculated values. Bloody well done, Scott !
And so the 172 chaps don't get left behind with the release of the Accu-sim Cherokee will come an all new Accu-sim core update that will also bring some new updates to the C172 but more on that later.
many thanks,
