I have the B-337 Stratocruiser with Accu-Sim and COTS and don't even have them on my PC after a new install of Windows and FSX. Four engines are a few too many for me and I'm really not too good at keeping up with so many positions. It is a wonderful simulation but jut not my cup of tea.
Therefore I would like to sell this software if it can be done legally. Please advise

Afaik since it is download only you did not purchase the software but only the license to use the software. Usually you are not allowed to transfer the licence.
So my guess is that officially you are not allowed to sell the software. If it was a boxed copy, that would be a different story, at least in some countries.
