I have tried many times to contact A2A via your support email but it always fails and returns the email to me.

Here is the report:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

support@a2asimulations.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 Administrative prohibition (state 18).

Can you please provide me with a working email address for the use of contact for commercial reasons to the following address.

editor@fltsimpilot.com

Hello,

We are recieving and sending emails just fine. Please check your account. We will check but it looks like your mail address may be reported to be SPAM.

thanks,
Lewis

Lewis;

There actually is something wrong with the email to A2A. I've not been able to email Scott using the A2A address for a week now.

Hey Dudley, whose your provider re: emails? Trying to track down where the problem lays as its not total widespread as I can send and recieve as todays mails have seemingly come in ok.

Wondering if an ISP or a couple of ISP's have blacklisted.

thanks,
Lewis

Shouldn't be a problem here. I use gmail with a download link to my Macbook Pro. All else has gone out ok except the bounces from my messages sent to Scott at the A2A address.
I got a bounce from one to Rob the other day as well. Using his regular email address it went right through.
Seems like only the A2A domain is affected.

hi lewis....my effort to apologize bounced too...from yahoo mail...so i'll post it here :)
regarding the corsair double purchase....
so sorry!!....i meant i tricked myself by not reading properly....normally when i go to a site and see my downloads, they are all there....but some sites started only showing part of my downloads with the option to see all of them.....and i wasn't aware of this till lately....of course you don't trick anyone...it's just that some sites are becoming more complicated. kinda hard on a 71 year old .......thanks for your consideration....cheers, vic

No worries Vic, ive forwarded your mail onto Scott.

The email issue will involve our host provider and others so can take a few days when different companies are involved. We will keep pushing to get it resolved across the board ASAP though.

Yes, our hosting boys are currently working on it, we think its because we reletivly recently changed hosting upgraded servers etc etc, so there are some changes that have recently started tripping a few bulk/spam email protocols etc as some details have changed.

Hello,

reply you here rather than email. To post an image you will have to use an image host, such as photobucket. Then just upload your image and paste in the link from photobucket.

thanks,
Lewis
