Installing the FW 190-D into FS-9 (2004) along with our Wings of Power WWII fighters and download FW 190 radial no problem.
But installing the FW 190-D into FSX will produce the FS 2004 picture starting at start-up instead of the FSX picture.
Another Question, it seems the FW 190 radial downloads are seemingly not for FSX?
Any suggestion as to the start-up pix problem?

Yep, the FW190's are Wings of Power I for fs9, aircraft.

We have a Wings of Power III 190 for FSX in the works however;



You could maybe port the early model over but it would take some tweaking and you would need to turn light bloom etc off in FSX.
