Looking for general info forums on CFS3

Being new to the sim, I have some questions and am unsure whether or not to ask them here because they may not be Firepower related. Is there another forum I should know about?

Here is a sample question:

From what I understand Ctrl+F4 is chase view. Then pressing Tab is supposed to cycle the view of other aircraft, correct? It's not working for me if it is! Are there keys for viewing other a/c, ground objects etc. (I have looked under options>control options for the list already, just want to make sure I haven't overlooked something .
