Really nice pic.

Are you following that Spitfire down to see him dead stick it in? Why is his gear down so high? Obviously he's gliding but I would think he'd want to keep his aircraft "clean" until he finds a place to land.

That scenery looks fantastic. Where and what is it?

Nope, it's actually part of "Golden Wings 3" (which is freeware)....

"Yes and No"....Yes being the whole world is there, however it's done from a 1930's perspective concentrating on the US, Great Britain, and Sydney Australia so far..... :D So for example, Meigs field doesnt' exist......

Same here. I installed it last week and haven't gone back..

I notice you're flying over McChord AFB and Clover Park Voc. Tech. (They used to have a commercial flight school there but have since moved their operations to Thun Field in Puyallup.) Are you from Washington? I fly out of Tacoma-Narrows (ktiw) in real-life.

What does installing such scenery do to the frame rate?

Does it interfere with making multiplayer flights on host servers?

I have Golden Wings as a separate install but after installing the P-47s in FS9 I wanted to install them in GW also but got a corrupted file message or something - can't remember exactly. Is there a possibility of installing the planes in both FS9 and GW?

1) Framerates are better than FS9

2) No multiplayer impact

Anyone have the Golden Wings link? Looks great and much better than the original FS9 terrain.

EDIT: I found it. http://goldenwings3.com/pages/gw3pagedl.htm
