Panning down in cockpit view

Hi,

Recently returned to BoB2, and found I have a problem. Everything is running perfectly however I can't seem to pan down to view the instrument panel using the hat switch on top of the joystick. I can pan left and right and behind either side but it will not pan up or down.

Running BoB2 on my laptop which has a recommended screen resolution of 1366 x 768 so I am running both campaign and 3D resolutions at 1366 x 768 x 32 @ 60.

Hoping someone can help!
