Multiskin update

Post by whosyerdaddy13 »

Is there a multiskin 2.12 to take the place of the 2.11 or is it already built in to the patch 2.12?

Cheers

The last full multiskin release was v2.11. Basically each
release adds multiskin for a few more varieties of plane,
and we're pretty near to maxed out for the plane types
available already - there are over a hundred skins, I
think. Anyway, the 2.13 patch beta available on the
main forum includes some new multiskin additions, mostly
for the Me 110:

whosyerdaddy13,

You install the v2.11 MultiSkin first. This is an A2A Installer .EXE.

If you want to use the v2.13 MultiSkin files, too, then you get them here:

http://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewtop ... 83#p294230

These are additional MultiSkin files added to the v2.11 MultiSkin work. Mostly Me110 skins and the Luftwaffe Lehr Geschwader units involved.

If you use the v2.13 MultiSkin additions, then back up the entire MultiSkin folder somewhere before installing the v2.13 mod.
Just in case something goes wrong with the install.

Two installs are provided.
One is a regular zip file that should be extracted to the BoBII root folder.
The other is for JSGME (JoneSoft Generic Mod Enabler) installation. You need to have JSGME installed into BoBII to use this one.

BTW, I have fixes to some files that are in v2.12 and got messed up. Minor fixes.
See here: http://www.a2asimulations.com/forum/vie ... 00#p256400

Happy to see that you got BoBII running OK.

Aloha! & Merry Christmas!
