Best Graphic Results in Battle of britian 2/ language change

I Am a german Player of battle ob britain.

I like the game but i have a english version of the game.

My ask are:

Why can i have the best grafik effekts for Battle of britain 2?

my computer system:

Betriebssystem Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium
CPU Typ QuadCore Intel Core i5-3570, 3600 MHz (36 x 100)
Arbeitsspeicher 8076 MB (DDR3-1600 DDR3 SDRAM)
Grafikkarte NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670
Monitor AOC 831W [18" LCD]
max resolution are 1366+768

why can i chance the ingame menu language from englisch to german?


3 question:

i Have a german version from rowans Adltertag - Die Luftschlacht um England and i have the last Patch 0.99

can i play Adltertag 1 under Win 7 64 bit?.


How can i add more Bombs to the German bomb payload?The Do 17 have only 2 Bombs?

Come fpr BoB 2 a Patch 2.13?? or is the Version 2.12 absolutly the last patch?

Ich besitze Battle of britain 2, aber so wie es aussieht ind er englischen Version ( verpackung und ingamemenü auf englisch)

Nun wollte ich wissen, was sind die besten Grafikeinstellungen um mit meinem System die bsten ergebisse zu erzielen?

Gibt es Fixes für Nvidia karten?
Mein System habe ich oben angegeben.

Meine 2te Frage:

da ich BoB 2 in englisch habe wollte ich wisssen, gibt es einen weg um das Ingame Menü auf Deutsch umzustellen?

Desweiteren ahbe ich auch Rowans Adlertag die Luftschlacht um england und dafür den letzten patch 0.99 der das Spiel ja Grafisch nochmal aufpoliert.

Spielen konnte man ja Adlertag nie unter XP, kann man es unter windowas 7 64 bit spielen?

Die letzte frage betrifft die Bombenzuladeng der Deutschen Bomber ( Ju88,Do 17 ( die HE 111 hat eigentlich eien ausreichende).

kann man die Anzahl der abgeworfenen Bomben irgendwie erhöhen?

Es wäre nett, wenn jemand meine Fragen beantworten könnte.

Wird für Battle of Britain 2 nochmal ein patch kommen oder ist Version 2.12 definitiv der letzte?

Oh! Gut! Wir haben nur ein biishcen BoB II "players" von Deutschland.
Most are Englanders or Common Wealth ex-colonials of The British Empire.
Some Americans like me, too.

There is an English only version of BoBII v2.12.
I think that you may have down-loaded this version?

There is an "International" version of BoBII v2.12. Should have BoBII in German language.
It can be found here. Look for the : (International. Multiple languages, inc. English, has different home screen)

I have never tried this, as I speak English only, and know only about 100 German words!

You can not change or alter the German bomb payload for German bombers. Sorry.

The Dornier 17Z could carry either:
20 x SC 50 (kilogram) bombs = 1000 kilograms, or
2 x SC 500 (kilogram) bombs = 1000 kilograms.

BoB1, and BoBII, have always set the Dornier 17Z to carry 2 each, SC 500 bombs. This cannot be player changed.

NOTE 1.
In Rowan's BoB1, Kampf Geschwader 76 was detailed to Reconnaisance duty.
This old Rowan Recon way of doing things resulted in many BUGS and Crashes To Desktop!!!
It was decided (by two American BDG men) to remake the bug infested Recon,
and make Recon work "in the back ground" within the Code, in a variable fashion. This works very well in my opinion.
This freed up Kampf Geschwader 76 to bomb targets with SC 500 (kilogram) bombs.

Also.. BoB1 & BoBII never had proper German Recon units or recon aircraft, in game.

NOTE 2.
Dornier 17Z bombers were historically used to make low level bomb attacks. Some times. Their special training und tactics.
I use them quite often to fly in under the cumulus low lying puffy clouds, and STRIKE!
At Low level, Upon Initial Way Point, a Gruppe of Do17 bombers will change formation from the "Broad Wing" formation,
into a tight, close together, BALL, or a close together "NUT to BUTT" close trail formation, und lay bombs very close in a concentrated point!
Pin The Tail On The Donkey!
Do17 bombers are good for shutting down Radars that the Stukas missed.
You will have some over-shoot on any bomb lays mit all level bombers.
So.. directionally.. line up attack approaches to a Target to compensate for this overshoot.

Always with a good ME109 fighter Escort behind the bombers, as I fear that some RAF fighters may see me kommen!

Your system should have no trouble running BoB2 at full settings.
Only set Options>More GFX>"particle density" no higher
than "medium" (no machine can currently run this
higher).

Also set
Options>GFX>
"Use Windows Desktop Resolution (recommended)" to OFF
(It is no longer recommended except for old 4:3 aspect ratio
monitors), then choose your proper resolution from the menu
which appears.

As Stickman says, the International Version of the patch
should give you German.

I have never tried, but I think so. There may be some
difficulty with setting the display resolution, you may
have to settle for a lower resolution than the best your
card and monitor can do. Anyway, try running without
using any "compatibility mode", just launch the program
"natively" in W7 64.

I suspect there will never be a last patch. Anyway, much has been done toward v2.13, and
it will be released eventually. I have still much more I would like to squeeze into it myself.
