Mission Builder?

I am new to BOBII and am running with the latest 2.12 update. I am very much enjoying the sim and just wondered if there was a Mission Builder available (on the lines of Cliffs of Dover), so that I can start creating my own missions.

I have tried Whirlybird's Megapack but when I installed the Sealion file it replaced all the original Instant Action missions, so I have reverted back to the original as I still would like to keep these.

If there is a link to a Mission Builder, I would be grateful for some advice as to where I might find it.
