I remember you from years gone by.

As lofty said, look in the BoBII root folder. If you have a MultiKin folder in there, then MultiSkin is installed.
Note. I encircled a text file named bdg. Therein is how you can Enable it or Disable it.

Another look at the BoBII structure. The MultiSkin folder has a sub-folder named MultiSkin Textures, where the textures live.
1089 textures. Mostly letters, numbers, and emblems type small files, but a lot of hi-res skin textures, too.

In the bdg text file, use this line to ENABLE or DISABLE MultiSkin:
