battery switch

Hi, before post the thread i have say congrats for that bird, but im noticed, when im load the p-51d the landing gear extended light is illuminated, and i have gyros sound, but when i try to put on the battery switch nothing happens, cause tha battery switch seems to be on always, independantly if i put it on or off, nothing of that happens with the p-51h.

Any idea of that?

Yes. In the aircraft.cfg there is an entry called:

electric_always_available = 1

Change this to:
electric_always_available = 0

and now the battery will switch the gyros on and off. Turn up the volume - its a great sound effect from the actual gyros (and click).
