Flickering Instrument Lights

Are there solutions to correct this flickering light scenario?:

Hi.
I have FSXA and have not noticed that on mine , was the instrument lights on or was that sunlight glinting off the glass , if the lights where on , is there anything in the hangar on inspection , like a faulty or worn generator , also P3Dv4 does lighting differently , so is it a setting in the sim causeing this.

I've never seen the lights doing this. Under what circumstances does it happen? And any other add-ons running when it does?

The adds-ons are ASN and Little Nav Map connector. It seems to be more pronounced in daylight conditions in higher settings. I will experiment with different FXSA and other settings. To be honest, I've never studied P3DV4 settings.

Control setup is nothing extraordinary as it relates to potential interference. To make a long story short, I did a re-install of the V35 and it performed much better with barely a flicker. I then installed one of the custom panels and it still appears to be ok. One thing I did notice was the flickering was more pronounced when i panned up or down. But that now is much approved. This is with a 3-monitor setup and Nvidia GTX980.
