Popping noise in exterior view

Anyone else getting a popping noise. It's doing it at a regular interval. I guess it's happening when the sound loops back around. Sounds fine in cockpit.

I've never noticed this strat919. If you can give a bit more info about your RPM when you hear this "popping", it may be easier to establish if there is an issue.

Starts at ~1000 rpm... more pronounced at ~1500 rpm... disappears at ~2000 rpm. Happens every ~7 seconds. Full rich full prop

I don't hear any popping on my two systems. There is a different sound based on where your eye point is. Does this happen when looking at the front, side, and back or just one?

I could not hear any popping sound tonight:) I will report back if it does it again and I can figure out why. I'm thinking it may well be something going on in my system. Thanks:)
