Pre-Flight Inspection and the Landing-Flap movement

For me the Landing-Flap movement dose not work on both sides (like it works e.g. on the Comanche)!

The Trim-Tab movement works...

Do you have the flaps extended like it calls for in the preflight?
Comanche, 172, 182, PA-28, Civ/Mil Mustang, T-6, COTS L049, P-40, Spitfire, V35, and Mighty B-17.
