I am getting this message when trying to install:
"There was an error creating a temporary file that is needed to complete this installation"
Prior to downloading I turned off all my anti virus and firewalls.

Re: Installation issue
Hello Richard and welcome to the forums,
Please can you give us a little bit more background info: which Operating System are you using, which version of the Bonanza have you purchased, and have you extracted the *.exe file fully from its zipped archive?
Thanks,
Nick

Re: Installation issue
Thanks Richard.
Please can you try re-downloading the file in case it has become corrupted. I'd recommend that you just download via your web browser rather than using a download accelerator.
Also, please can you confirm if you're logged into your PC as an administrator?
It's also possible that there's some other utility or software on your system which is preventing the installer package from extracting itself properly to the Windows "Temp" directory during installation.
Cheers,
Nick

Re: Installation issue
Nick, I believe you are correct in your statement in regards to another program placing the file where it should not be, but I don't know how to correct it. Yes the AUC is off.
Re: Installation issue
Nick Success, I believe it was Malwarebytes so I put the program on the exclusion list and it work.
