Thanks for the well wishes everyone. This has definitely put a crimp in my "all out" daily routine. Back to work with a promise to the cardiologist to behave myself. It's a struggle but I'm not gonna let it get me down. But the boss (Mrs Td68) is keeping close tabs on my activity levels and after the scare I gave her, I gotta behave :D
