IMC flight with Bo

Finished 1.5h blind "flight" near SFO, trying to stay within +-250 ft margin, just with hand control. Perfect conditions to practice this morning. Without weather she flies quite nicely, however as Bo catches some light turbulence she wants to be everywhere. I'm done for today, it was like carrying cement bags. Thank you A2A, it was a real fun 
Thank you Nick for the trim hint, it helps to some extent. With the "toke trim up/down" setting, is travel time for the electric trim realistic? - I mean if it was measured in real aircraft? If it is, I just need to get used to it. Right now it is something like 35 seconds between min and max. deflection.
BTW. This yoke trim also works when battery is off, maybe it can be disabled.
