SimShack?

Post by caleb1 »

Does A2A have plans to eventually make the bonanza available on simshack? Or are other stores out of the picture now for A2A?

SimMarket and the Flightsim Shop stock our products. We've never heard from SimShack regarding our products, but aren't opposed to selling there.

Just wanted to add, as a personal note, I do not recommend utilizing the FlightSimStore (not sure about FlightSim Shop, as I've never shopped there). The former in my opinion is a scam, and I've gone on record as saying so in many places. SimMarket is fine in my experience, and I'd recommend them. However, and this is a note to all customers for all products... If you purchase from developers directly, they get more money directly. All stores take a small profit for publishing on their websites.

Thanks for the replies.

So you are saying that you would sell on SimShack, but they have not contacted you back so far? Also, by Flight Sim Shop are you referring to FS Pilot Shop or Flight Sim Store?

I prefer to buy things on SimShack, so I will wait a few days to see if anything shows up there, if not, I will buy directly from A2A.

Thanks.

OK, I didn't recognize the name "SimShack" but when we signed up with them they were "Fly Inside Simulations."

We'll be contacting them next week regarding the Bonanza.

I suppose I could do that. But I still want to see if it comes out on SimShack, because sometimes, due to the way the currencies translate, I can save $10 USD on each A2A Product on SimShack. I am not sure if this would be so with the Bonanza but I want to wait just to be sure.

It's been quite a while since the Bonanza's release and it still isn't showing up on SimShack.

Just checking if there is any progress on this. I have only known A2A for about a year or so, so I haven't experienced any releases yet so I am not sure if this is normal for it to take this long to get on other stores or not....

I know it's probably a sensitive topic, but at this point you might as well get it from A2A directly. Not only are you directly supporting the developer, but you know they're trustworthy. And if you're worried about currency conversion rates then get a card from one of the big fintech banks. It's free to use and you get the best conversion rates anywhere. If you need some pointers about what I use, send me a private message.

Thanks for the reply. I see what you (and everyone else) is saying. Buying from the developer is the best way to go. I think I will do that.

Thanks everyone.
