Hi guys,
I have the FSX standard GNS400 GPS installed in my Constellation and I noticed that I don't get any sounds when actuating the on/off switch of the GPS and neither do I get any sound when I toggle the NAV/GPS switch. All the other switches in my cockpit make a sound.
Anyone else notice that?
Happy flying
PS: Windows 7, FSX Acceleration with recent Accusim update installed

Re: GPS switches no sound
Hi.
I cannot use the nav/gps sw with the sperry , so never noticed the sound , will check tomorrow if i get to fly the connie , as for the gps on/off mine makes a sound , but its a very soft noise , any background noise can mask it.
update:-Just checked these SW`s in cold dark , no background noise , there is no sound from either SW , could have sworn i had SW noise from GPS on/off prior to update.
regards alan.
