Flaps problem (fixed)

Hey guys. Im having a flap problem in the lockheed. Everything is set and ready to go and when i go to put takeoff flaps it wont let me and if i do it really quick it resets to the flaps up position.

Any idea what it could be? This happens even with auto start.

(FIX). I had set my flaps on the a2a controller setup menu to work with a knob on my throttle.
