Height Warning Test ?

Post by DrumsArt »

Hi,

In first thank you for the update 8) Just 2 comments after a great flight. :D

-I did not remember before the update that the Height Warning Test lights remained lit after Battery Off... It's me or... ?

-It seems the sound problem (no big deal btw) I described below is not solved.

Thanks again and Regards,

If it is with running engines, generators on and avionics on, yes, the lights remain lit.

Hi Rob,

I should have specified C&D of course...Otherwise I would not have asked :)

C&D turns off the avionics, battery and generators so the height warning light should be also off. This is what I see on my end.

As you said Rob. Same for me. Alt warning lights test only works for me if some sort of electrical source is connected (battery, GPU or generators). I use FSX:SE.

Hi.
Today started fsx+acceleration on win7 selected L049 at kbur in cold/dark , i can confirm that the hight warning light system shows red/yellow/orange , depending on hight selected , this should not happen till power applied.
regards alan. 8)

Hi,

No time now but I'll post a picture later. However I think to know where the problem is (maybe).

Edit : This is the problem but it seems it occurs when I loaded an old saved file made with the Connie before the update. Generally after an update I delete all my saved files excepted this time...

If I load the updated Connie directly there is no more problem.

Now Alan it will be interesting to know if you had the "glitch" with an old saved file (made before the update) or after loaded the updated Connie directly ?
