constellation passenger reacts not at landing

Hello every one!
My passengers in the Constellation 049 don´t react at a hard or soft landing. So they don´t say anything: no cry at a hard landing and no applause (clap) at a soft landing. How can I switch this?? and can i make the cabin crew a bit louder ???

Check on shift+3 that career mode is on.

Hi Finn,

It’s worth checking Shift+3 as Alan recommended but I've been getting both screams and applause from passengers with Career Mode off.
