More Crew Voices?

Long shot, but any chance of a British and Aussie crew? also perhaps Scandinavain, Dutch, German accent and some others instead of the default US?

Thats actually an interesting idea. I don't have the Constellation so I can't nose around in the files, but intuitively it seems possible someone could create voice packs that could be swapped in. It would be a lot of work to recorde appropriate responses in another language. But, as I mentioned, I don't know if it is possible.
