Can we do something about 'chicken crew' ?
Light turbulence make them moan like they experience 8G load.
Even passengers are not scary, and not screaming, only my staff behave like they fly plane for the first time
Seriously - can u consider to decrease crew sensitivity ?

Re: Chicken crew
Are you sure you're hearing the crew moaning and not the airplane groaning? Also, the FO shouldn't groan until you get at least "moderate" turbulence. This is sort of a "warning sign" that you might want to turn on the fasten seatbelt sign.
Re: Chicken crew
I think it's my crew ..., seat belts are 'on' and still can hear it.
The question is what is definition of 'light' / 'moderate' turbulence ?
In my opinion turbulence were rather mild.

Re: Chicken crew
Turbulence is dictated by your weather engine.
You dont tell us what weather engine.
AS16 has been the subject of several recent topics so probably a good idea to get them all together with a quick search based on whatever engine you have and go from there.

Re: Chicken crew
ASN with turbulence factor set up for 50% ( default is 70% )
Re: Chicken crew
Have you tried announcing "man up you wimps" over the PA ?
