Phugoid oscillations ?

Yep, it seems to be above a certain alt that this happens.
For example if I take off and set the default AP to 12000ft, she will hold perfectly stable at that alt, but higher up it gets oscillations.....if I get time I'll try and find the exact alt with different loads and post here.
