I am, it's quite a piece of work. But I can't seem to get it above 12K feet. I have half fuel.

Are the superchargers in "high blower" Paul? If you let the FE handle things, he should tell you at some point to retard the throttles a bit so he can switch them from low to high.

It's the four levers you should be looking at on the FE's main console labelled "engine supercharger". See p.130 in the manual for more info!
