Hello,
I am having issues and have been for a little bit now. While using the configurator it give the option to select the RealityXP GNS 430. I have that software purchased and installed in my simulator. But when i load up this aircraft the GPS just sits blank in the vc. I have tried to uninstall both RealityXP and the Connie but neither have fixed the issue as of yet.
Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You,
Justin G.

Re: Issue when trying to use RealityXP GNS 430
Hello Justin,
I searched out one of your previous posts, and it looks like you're using Prepar3D v4 as your host sim?
If so, please can you just confirm if you've downloaded the latest P3Dv4 installer for the Connie? If this is the case, the installed version of the aircraft should be 18.3.30.0. More info on this here.
Thanks,
Nick

Re: Issue when trying to use RealityXP GNS 430
Okay, thanks Justin. The next question is does the RXP GNS 430 still work as expected when installed in other aircraft in P3D and do you have the most recent version of it installed? (currently v2.4.12 I believe)

Yes.
It still works in other aircraft just fine.
However after a little more playing around. Even the default GPS is not working.
I am trying to uninstall the aircraft again and seeing what happens from there.

Update #1
The default GPS is now working. However that could have been operator error as it only seems to turn on once the engines have been turned on.
Now I am going to try to reinstall RealityXP and see if I can get it to work now.

Re: Issue when trying to use RealityXP GNS 430
Thanks Justin,
Don't forget you may need to turn on the RXP GNS 430 too, using the rotary power/volume switch at top left.
Nick
Edit: just seen your latest post. You're welcome and glad to hear the issue is resolved.
