Propeller Control

Post by airtj »

Is their a way to map the propeller control to an axis? I have a Saitek throttle quadrant and the propeller control is really slow to respond. I use FSUIPC to map my controls in FSX.

The individual switches do move slowly, as they are supposed to. That won't change regardless of the
way you map controllers.

For large changes, use the master governor switch on the pedestal to get 'close' to the desired
rpm, then use the individual switches to sync the props.

You can use "L:PropellerMasterSwitchRPM" with a value of 0, 1 or 2 to control the master
governor with 0 = decrease, 2 = increase and 1 = neutral

Hi,

By default, the propeller control lever on your saitek quadrant becomes the RPM switch. 100% = switch up. 50% = switch neutral. 0% = switch down.
