ON ENTERING THE FLIGHT STATION
Step 8 for the CO PILOT...Is the emergency fuel, engine and the hydraulic shut off valve OPEN modeled? I just can not find it.

Hi.
The hydraulic cut offs are under the 4 red guarded covers and are normally open , these are on the top engineers panal , below the fire test switch .
The emergency fuel cut offs are normally in the forward open position for engines 1 to 4 , and are just to the rear of the roof panel , these are the 4 black handles , the two red handles are your fuel dump levers for the left/right wings and are normally faceing aft.
Have you got tool tips enablled in the sim , if not i suggest you enable them , it helps locate switchs/gauges when mouse hovers over them.
