Alternate Yoke textures with new center caps - by Warbirds

Post by Warbirds »

Here are two alternate yoke textures to replace the white yoke and trim wheels. Each has a different center cap. These files are now available at Flightsim.com - search for "Paul Grubich" to locate.
For best results turn HDR off as they are painted with it off and will look different with HDR on. All textures are saved as 32 bit to preserve sharpness and color.

First gray/black yoke with age and highlights (not just blacked in) and with blue center cap as seen in several pictures of the real thing.

Nest is another gray/black aged yoke with new center cap of a fantasy design but patterned after several Lockheed yoke caps of that time.

More to come soon.

Very nice! I know the white yokes are authentic to the reference airplane... but TBH they can be a little hard to live with day-to-day.

Hi Paul
Where can I find it? and where can I download your worn version of the A2A Connie cockpit which is in your signature?
I got the B17 one and it is simply a must have :D
Cheers

Thanks, The yoke textures should be up at Flightsim.com today some time or you can PM me with your email and I will send them to you. The Connie cockpit is not quite done yet but will be coming very soon along with some others.
