I want to add some shots from my collection, taken during my journey through Europe in the L-049. All taken in FSX DX9, scenery is mostly OrbX.

First flight, Barvaria -> Southampton, reaching the English shore near Shoreham
Image

Going for the first official landing in my career!
Image

And back off into the evening air, heading north.
Image

Nice skies all around.
Image

Going into darkness.
Image

Approaching to conclude another nice flight.
Image

Taking off at night...
Image

...to see the sun rising...
Image

...on the way to Germany.
Image

East frisian islands below, heading to land at Bremen.
Image

A nice morning high in the sky...
Image

...but a damn soup on the ground. Putting the ILS system to the test.
Image

Successfully back on the ground.
Image

And the final one, approaching Hamburg at dusk, not knowing yet that the police awaits me at the gate, escorting me straight to jail sadly.
Image

Thanks for looking and sorry for the big bunch of shots. Now where to get a fake ID? Need to go through flight school again and get behind the yoke again ASAP. :D

The first plane of my A2A fleet made the transition to P3Dv4..

Boarding at Düsseldorf

Taxiing to the runway

Image

Takeoff

Image

Turning towards Bottrop NDB, some nasty thunderstorms were in the vicinity which we could mainly avoid during the flight.. however the seatbelt signs were cycled more than once ;)

Image

Passing Münster during the climb to FL180

Image

Near Hamburg.. wings could use a bit more reflectivity in this view.

Image

Thick overcast towards the Baltic Sea

Image

Island of Fehmarn ahead

Image

Final 04L at Copenhagen

Image

Taxi-in

Image

Even Betty thought this flight was a good one ;)
Kind regards, Matthias

Further touches to my Connie - changed the chrome fuselage to white and that makes it pop a bit more, added a little more dirt and spinning blue prop tips...

On my way from Chicago Midway to Montreal.. not the smoothest ride, but I managed to get the NBC reporters back on the ground with clapping passengers ;)
In the next days the trip will continue to Goose Bay for refueling, and then nonstop to Stockholm. Besides the weatherships I will also try my luck with celestial navigation for the first time, so it won't get too boring in these 10,5 hours.. :D
Kind regards, Matthias
