problem with the canopy NOT wanting to remain open??

Post by swede »

I've never been able to open the rear canopy,OK, I can live with that. But, now the front canopy does not want to remain open at all. I open it, a couple seconds later it closes by itself. I don't think its a problem with the cursor remaining near the canopy as I can move it far away after opening. Any ideas or advise?? Thanks ...... :(

Are you parked near a fuel station? That would cause doors, and maybe the canopy, from staying open. It is a bug in FSX.
Move the T-6 to a different location and try opening the canopy.

Hope this works for you!

Hello Swede,

yes it does sound like you maybe near a fuel point in the sim which causes exits to not be able to stay open. This is a 'feature' of FSX and P3D.

thanks,
