Shift + commands are INOP

Post by mtv21 »

When you give one of them a black box will pop up for just a second. I have updated A2A and installed simconnect from the links in this forum. I just bought the T-6 a couple days ago and have yet to get it to run properly. The T-6 is my first A2A product. Also the aileron/elevator/and ruder throw are not represented on the plane. Your help is greatly appreciated!

System specs, including other addons?

What you have sounds like the EZDOK issue, but unless you tell us, how can we know?

If running FSX disc edition without acceleration, make sure SP 1 and 2 are installed.

Oh yes, did you download and apply the Accusim updates?

Edit: I think you said you did that already...

Have you checked the 2-D panel transparency isn't set to 100%? In the FSX menus go to: options → settings → display → aircraft tab and check that the slider isn't fully right.

Thanks,
Nick

Hi,

To add to Nick's last suggestion, try reinstalling DirectX9. Here is a link:

Hmmm. :? when you say "the aileron/elevator/and ruder throw are not represented on the plane" can you elaborate a bit? It might help give us a clue.

Thanks,
Nick

The plane will only fly when I select the standard Friday Harbor airport, when its flying to can control the plane but let's say I'm making a turn when I look over at the aileron it doesn't move. Same with rudder and elevator.

Okay, do you load a default FSX aircraft before loading the T-6? If your default flight uses the T-6, this could cause some issues.

Cheers,
Nick

I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean but the default aircraft is the Aircreation Trike

H.
I was wondering if advanced animations was on , but mallcot beat me to that one , the other thing that would stop control movement would be control lock on , but you said you could control it at friday harbour.
Also your original problem was shift + commands inop , has this been fixed .
