Prop Strike Not Causing Damage

Turned on realism as per recommended but when I accidentally had a prop strike due to over throttle during ground check, the T6 merely tilt over but with prop still turning into ground. After stopping engine, did a maintenance check and all is well !!

What could be the problem? Thanks.

Anyone else experienced this? Prop strike should show up as damaged prop and even engine as well in the maintenance screen, not still fully functional. What could be the issue?

The simulation does not know how the airplane crashes. It just knows "crash". The A2A engine probably just assigns random damage.
