Hi everyone,
I need some help with a little QoL thing for the T-6 (... and here I am, back to fiddling with the sim again ):
I've a free axis on my control setup for the T-6, so I thought I'd use that for the carb heat lever. No problem with FSUIPC, I can control the carb heat position with the joy slider now, but: the lever animation is not doing what I'd expected it to, i.e. the lever position is toggling between full on and full off, even though the effective carb heat position is linear between full on and full off (judging by the sounds).
Can someone help me 'fixing' the carb heat lever animation when controlling the lever with a FSUIPC joystick axis?
[FSUIPC] Using axis to control carb heat - lever animation?

Re: [FSUIPC] Using axis to control carb heat - lever animati
Hi Dooga,
Have you tried the carb heat lever function in the input configurator? It should be a bit more straightforward than fiddling around with FSUIPC. Controller(s) would need to be "enabled" in the host sim to use it though.
Cheers,
Nick

Hm you're right, I didn't think of that. Will try next session.
EDIT: Input configurator does the trick, thanks for the hint!

You're welcome. The combination of FSUIPC and input config assignments works well for me too.
