Bug: Ghost switch(es).

Post by boomshinesaigon »

Prepar3D Version: 3.4.18.19475
SimConnect Version: 3.4.0.0
Plane Version: A2A_Update_01_17_17

Note: Tests are done after loading a default aircraft (F-22) at a default airport (Eglin AFB), then loading the T-6 at the same airport. No SimConnect errors have occurred.

Issue: Pressing the AP hotkey (as bound through the A2A Input Configurator) will play the appropriate on/off switch sound even though the AP system is not installed. This also applies to AP Altitude Hold. It is likely to apply to other "hidden" switches.

Reproduction:

1. Bind a key to the "Autopilot Master" or "AP ALT" in the A2A T6 Input Configurator.
2. Remove the AP system.
3. Press the key that is bound to the previous functions; you will hear the same clicks as if they were present in the aircraft.

Additional remarks:

1. This is likely to be present in other A2A aircraft.
