Im getting an Error on all aircraft configuators

So i just reformated my hard drive because p3d 3.4 was relesed and wanted to to a fresh clean reinstall of everything. Windows 10 ha been completly updated and now the instaltion prosses of P3d begins. Ive installed all my A2A aircraft and updated them to A2A_Update_05_09_16 and now every time i try to go to the aircraft configurator I get this error message. hopfully its somthing simple and stupid but I dont speek computer language so any help would be much appreciated thanks...

Hello - sounds like you just forgot to run the SimConnect installer after the reformat/P3D installation. Please see this post for details of how to do this.

P3D - Installed but nothing works and all is broken!?

P3DV2/3 sometimes wont install the required simconnect files. No worries though as they are provided by Lockheed in the following directory;
\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2\redist\Interface\FSX-SP2-XPACK\retail\lib (replacing 2 with 3 if using P3DV3).
