what is the dangers of running the T6 at full throttle and 1850 rpm leaned to 30 gph my CHT's at these settings at 7,500 are 194C 381.2F it's still in the green arc

Speaking generally, let me take a point here:
  • Full throttle on its own brings zero issues, and is in many ways the best way to operate perhaps the most of the engines out there to their fullest potential.
Now, the potential issue here would be the excessive internal pressures as that 7500 ft is still relatively low altitude, especially for a supercharged engine. One easily runs into "pushing the pedal against low revs" kind of situation. MP reading would be relevant in determining those out somewhat.

I don't know the T-6 or its engine much at all, so I can't quickly help you out specifically here.

At full throttle at 7500 I was getting 31" MP prop was at 1850 fuel flow was 30.2gph
