Autopilot control stick button

Post by bobsk8 »

Has anyone found a way with FSUIPC to toggle the red button on the joystick for the autopilot. I know this can be done with the configurator, but now I am also flying helicopters and cannot use the commands in P3D anymore, so I have disabled them and everything I have works through FSUIPC. If I have to I can toggle the red button with the mouse, but it sure is easier having a control button to do it, when flying.

Bob,

From the PDF available here, The L:Var for the control wheel steering button on the stick is "L:ApControlStickButton". You should SET it to 1 on press and to 0 on release.

Cheers,

How do the P3D commands affect the configurator? I ask as I can't get the red button to work anymore through the configurator but HAD it working.. I assigned the configurator to my T16000 but it doesn't operate the button in the T6...

Greets,
Marc
