Question on horsepower in the aircraft.cfg

Post by Tobus75 »

Hi all,

question:
The Pratt & Whitney R-1340-AN-1 in the T6 was usually rated at 550-600 hp.
When I look in the aircraft.cfg of the T6, it says 250 hp?

why this discrepancy?

As engine is managed within accu-sim and not FSX/P3D core, I don't think that engine related figures are taken out of aircraft.cfg.

Yes, gulredrel is correct, the .cfg settings are set to work with our external Accu-sim simulation engine.

thanks,
