These checklists are not the ones from the original post but my own creation. I also copied the lists from the manual and formatted them for printing - I have never seen the ones from this thread so I have no idea how they compare.

Mine are in two versions - one is for A4 printing and one is for A5 size on A4 paper (two pages side by side in landscape - then cut it in half). I use the A5 one on my kneeboard in my cockpit.

Hope they may be of use to someone!
