Comanche installer ...

Post by florence »

Hi guys , I humbly apologize, I did not understand well cause translations with Google Translate (some lines ok but over Translate creates translation problems) the new sitema installer that recognizes the updates during the installation ... I have the Piper Comanche for P3D v4.3 bought not very recent and during the installation does not recognize me any update .. I have to add myself manually ... can you help me to understand in a few lines what should I do? do I have to re-download another Comanche installer?

sorry again for my English macaroni ... I'm Italian .... :(

CIAO ! and thanks

Hello Florence - no need for apologies. Please follow the steps below.

1. Visit the new A2A store and register a new account: https://a2asimulations.com/my-account/.

2. Fill out this simple form and click "submit": https://goo.gl/forms/5VDmQxMVOX79umqO2.

3. Wait until you receive email notification that your account has been transferred (this may take up to a few days).

4. Log back into the new account you created in step 1 and you should find the new Comanche installer is available to download.

At this point you can uninstall the old Comanche and install the new version. More tips on this can be found here: https://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewto ... 23&t=63873.

I hope this is helpful.

Thanks,
Nick

Hi Florence - are you still able to log into your account on the old A2A store? https://a2asimulations.com/store-offline/

This is the email address you'll need to provide on the form.

Thanks,
Nick

Okay, thanks Florence.

If you don't receive the transfer email with 2-3 days, please let us know. Lewis has to make the transfers manually, and he's at the Flight Sim Show at Cosford this weekend. :)
