Can't access to my old account to re-download the Comanche

Hi guys,

I recently bought new majestic A2A products (L-49 Connie, Spitfire, Bonaza V-Tail) so that I created a new account forgetting that I've already had one.

I wanted to download the Comanche again thinking that I bought it on an other plateform but by researching in my email history I found that I bought the Comanche on the A2A store with my old A2A account.

Date Ordered: Monday 20 June, 2016

It says that this old account doesn't exist ?

I've sent an email to [email protected]

I may have more chance to get a quick answer on this forum as much as possible, I can't wait to fly her again!
