radio and gause problem

Post by av8erjm »

I went to fly the Comanche the other day, haven't flown it for a while and when I turned on the avionics this is what I saw, also when I turned up the nav lite to 100% I got this distortion, it doesn't show when the nav/inst switch is down to 0%. Any ideas or suggestions. Also noticed it in the 182 as well only worse. I've completely uninstalled both and reinstalled to no avail. Don't know what to try next. OK now it won't let me post a pic of the problem, One is 98K the other is 117K in jpg format keeps showing this, Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached.

Yes, in OneDrive you'll need to right click on the images, click 'share' and then 'get a link' av8erjm. Make sure it's set so that anyone with the link can view the image.

Thanks,
Nick

Nope, still not working I'm afraid. Try following the steps I posted above and make sure you use the link OneDrive creates; don't just copy the link in the browser address bar.

Thanks,
Nick

Yep - perfect! :)

I suspect the culprit in this case is that "high resolution 3-D virtual cockpit" isn't selected in the FSX aircraft display options. However, when changing this setting, please make sure that the Comanche isn't already loaded.

Thanks,
Nick

You're welcome - glad to hear the problem is now resolved. :) It might also be worth checking that your FSX realism settings haven't been reset to the default values too.

Thanks,
Nick
