Oct. 2017 Update Install Issue

I had to reinstall the Comanche in P3D V4.1 (Windows 10 machine) and then thought I had better re-run the Oct. 2017 Accu-Sim Updater. When I do this I go through the screens of where to apply and then hit install, I get some new screen that comes on then off to fast to read and then it says it's all done. I looked through the forums and found someone that said (for FSX) had to delete the "update" folders first. Found those in FSX but can not find same thing in P3D V4.1.

Need some help and guidance here of what to do.

The update is very small for P3D v4 because the P3D v4 installers are much newer and have updates rolled into them.
