Maintenance Hangar
Maintenance Hangar
I cannot fix maintenance issues in the Hangar.Too much problems to list but Aircraft need mx intervention and nothing is happening when I try.I reinstalled simconnect and direct x with no help.I noticed however I am getting this error msg, attempt to call nil value. Never seeing it before and no changes made to system.Using FSX-SE..
Re: Maintenance Hangar
I got it solved after searching a few other post.I never load default Aircraft first so its weird after all this time it suddenly happened.

Re: Maintenance Hangar
Yes the flight load issue with FSX/P3D can happen anytime which is why its always recommended to never use a complex sim as the default flight.

Re: Maintenance Hangar
So do not save the Comanche as default flight?

Re: Maintenance Hangar
No, the default scenario should be the one that came with the sim. It is best to delete the default scenario and let the sim engine recreate it to ensure all parameters are set to default.

Re: Maintenance Hangar
Yes certainly should not be using the Comanche for a default flight. Ideally the default flight is left as if or is simply moved location but a platform default aircraft is always recommended to be the default flight.

Re: Maintenance Hangar
Yes, your system might be fine with it but it is one of those wake up one day and issues happen, so its advised against doing it. Some users will do it for years with no issues but one day on a reinstall or a new flight random systems stop working. Unpredictability for sure.
