Alex, see above the two posts with similar issues and how to resolve them.
Also you mention copying, did you copy files or reinstall? Its important to reinstall software and not copy/paste.

I've copied all the information, including A2A Comanche 250 and P3Dv3 from the damaged hard disk to a new one and after installation Windows 10 64 bit, of course, I installed P3Dv3 and I installed A2A Comanche 250 Professional. Yes, I am now studying my problem on links in the two previous messages. Thank you.

Ahh good to hear, just alarm bell rang when you mentioned copy as that can cause issues when users try to copy paste files rather than just the installer and re-run the installer for correct windows installation.

I unistalled AMD Software and the distortions of light ceased. Everything is fine.
