Yes, but vacuum need only for gyro operation, not for nav information from GPS or NAV receivers

Problem solved! Now HSI is work, but still only with running engine. HSI work properly in both VLOC and GPS modes. Thanks for help guys!

That's good to hear Alexey.

Yes - I'd have though that in reality, only the HDG flag would be present under these conditions. (In other words, even without the gyro running, the NAV flag wouldn't display provided the unit had electrical power and the NAV1 radio was successfully tuned.)
